An entrepreneur at an early age, Stephen has extensive operations experience and pays great attention to details. He has been active in developing businesses’ go-to-market strategies as well as restructuring operations for better efficiency. Stephen co-founded and helped launch successful ventures within the music, entertainment, and hospitality industries. Stephen also previously headed the operations at a technology ventures accelerator where he led the admin, finance, legal, marketing, and HR teams. At the accelerator, he also supported portfolio companies by giving hands-on advice on business strategies, marketing, and financial planning. Stephen is in charge of the day-to-day operations at Prism Financial, overseeing all the various departments and portfolios. In charge of the implementation and administration, Stephen wields his influence and provides guidance to ensure portfolios and departments are adhering to their mandate and the portfolio managers are carrying out their responsibilities.
